About the Event
Please review contraindications before signing up for class.
We will have a quick intro and breathing demo then get right to it, 25-30 minutes of breathing followed by relaxation and enjoying and basking in all that you just accomplished.
Breathwork works best on an empty stomach, it is suggested to not eat a couple hrs prior to class. With that said please feel free to bring in a snack for after. bring a warm blanket (many get cold after the "working" part is over) and eye mask if you choose
