Illuminate Your Heart

Are you curious to know what it means to be on a self-discovery journey? Have a desire to explore and understand the depths of your inner world? Feeling called to know yourself more deeply? 

Learning how to connect more deeply to our heart allows us to explore the truth of who we are with a gentle curiosity, a softness and grace. Heart connection supports healing and helps you align to your highest expression.

During this 3hr workshop Angel Amy and Jennifer Laine are teaming up to create a safe and sacred container to facilitate a guided and interactive experience to support you in your self-discovery journey. Amy and Jennifer will provide intuitive guidance and coaching based on the group's needs, and of course Amy will share messages from the angels. You will experience a heart opening meditation to help you get grounded in your body and connected to your higher self. Jennifer will also provide an energy healing with Light Language and a beautiful soundscape to activate your hearts remembrance and usher you into a state of inner peace and harmony.

• Feelings of unworthy and not understanding how to process your feeling

This workshop will leave you with an illuminated heart, a feeling of expansion and possibility and greater understanding of how to cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself. Let's take this time to connect, share and receive. Magical things happen when women gather in circle. 

Please bring a water, a snack, journal, pen and anything that may make you comfortable while journeying through a mediation.
